Some of my greatest mentors were my grandparents.  I remember when I was in my 20’s having a conversation with my grandfather on his birthday.  I asked him if he ever thought he was going to live this long?  He looked right in my eyes and said, “If I did, I would have taken much better care of myself.”  I remember him going to all of these doctors and trying all of these home remedies just to get a little bit of relief.  It didn’t work for him.  He was suffering as he was aging; instead of enjoying the quality of his life and enjoying all of the benefits of his hard work through life.  He was suffering.  

The Lifestyle Balance Page has some previous videos from my blog as well as snippets of slides that I created from previous health talks.  Start applying this information in your life.  Small changes can reap some great rewards.  Little habits can become things that you will take into your life forever to make lifestyle changes.
